Heyy everyone! Today I went over how to manage your stress and really tackle the issue by being proactive.


I have the episode on Dex Daily for the full details, I'm just going to summarize my tips and tricks here 🙃


Stress if at home-

  • Go outside and take a walk

  • Play with your pets

  • Listen to music that soothes you

  • Have a 15 minute dance off

  • Do at home exercise/walking with YouTube videos

  • Take 10 minutes to watch TikTok for a good laugh

Stress at work-

  • Go walk around the building

  • Go outside and sit in your car

  • Find a spot to write it out on your phone

  • Call a friend to vent for 10 minutes

Stress On the go-

  • Take ear buds with you

  • Take some essential oils

  • Grab a squeeze toy for you hands

  • Chewy some gum


Over all take care if your self and think ahead when it comes to certain situations. Be diligent and pack what you need, prep your self with some yoga, hot shower, or exercise.
